Our Story

Inmobiliaria ZNCR was founded in 2011 in the canton of San Carlos, in northern Costa Rica, as an immediate solution to meet the demand for property commercialization around Ciudad Quesada. A steadfast commitment to our clients and the pursuit of housing solutions for the San Carlos community drove solid and continuous growth within the region.

From the very beginning, our vision has been clear: to provide the best opportunities for buying, selling, and renting properties under strict principles of ethics, professionalism, and transparency. After successfully focusing on residential projects during its early years, market trust allowed the company to expand its portfolio. Today, our diverse inventory ranges from residential lots and vacation villas to productive farms and commercial buildings across the entire Northern Huetar Region.

As a pioneer in implementing innovative property marketing strategies, Inmobiliaria ZNCR took a definitive step toward digitalization with the launch of its web platform, designed to build an integrated and collaborative community within the real estate market.

Since 2021, the company has been an active member of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR), backing every operation with total formality, legal support, and the highest professional standards in the country.

Hello, I am the founder and creator of Inmobiliaria ZNCR. If I had to summarize my journey in the real estate world, I'd say it has been built on pure daily hard work and never giving up. Those who know me know how deeply I love nature, the outdoors, and the peace of the countryside. I am truly passionate about hitting the road, exploring new places, and discovering unique properties across our country. To me, a farm, a house, or a piece of land is never just a piece of property; every place holds a unique history. But what truly moves me and what I value with all my heart is knowing that behind every single property, there are real people, families, and dreams that deserve my utmost respect and care.

Beyond my passion for the land, I am a Bachelor of Laws and an associated broker with the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR). Combining these two paths is my way of assuring you that I don't just guide you with empathy, but with absolute legal and commercial backing to protect your assets. In me, you will find a true commitment: I will put everything I am and all our tools within your reach so we can achieve your goals together.
